I invite you to join me for a beautiful half-day retreat.  This retreat is perfect if you have ever wanted to join a Sunshine Sanctuary Retreat and cannot commit to a whole week/weekend.

I will bring you all the best parts of my entire weekend retreat and share them with you during the half-day retreat.

We will start our first yoga practice at 9:00 am saluting to the sun and bringing in new fire energy to help us charge and release any stuck energies that have built up between this full moon and the new moon cycle.

This is followed by a beautiful breakfast created by Sunshine Sanctuary to help you feel nourished and content after your practice.

Moving into a workshop that will help you to release as we will be under the releasing energies of the moon and its waning energies; this will get you ready to move into that beautiful energy of the new moon and the abundance you can start to create around what you truly desire in this life, giving you the tools to implement from the dreaming state to the creating state in life.

We will then start a beautiful yin practice allowing us to go forward in life and feel where we are holding onto anything we were unaware of, a time to let go of everything and go inward.

Followed by a connection of energy with a circle made of love and saying thank you for our journeys thus far in life.

Our inner sanctuary for a morning to let go and leave the outside world behind.

All food is vegetarian/vegan and made fresh for you.
