Sunshine Sanctuary provides bespoke holistic sessions focusing on your needs and requirements, covering a full range of wellness options from energy therapy to yoga and talking therapy.
Emma is a Reiki Master and Yoga teacher with a coaching and mentoring background. Using tools such as NLP, hypnosis, talking therapy, and yoga can help you release emotions physically and energetically.
Emma will help you work through grief, trauma-related emotions, anxiety, stress, low moods, and emotional and energetic blockages held within the body, depending on the client’s needs.
Each session is tailored to suit the individual’s needs, and the session lasts for 2 hours. Allowing adequate time to start to unravel the emotional blockages within the body, you will leave with tools and a mindset that will help you begin to let go and move into the life you truly want to live for yourself, creating your inner sanctuary!
