Everybody has a different yoga journey. My journey has always been about the mental healing benefits I receive from yoga. From that very first class I took when I was 19 after losing two friends and my nan, I needed something to help me deal with the profound pain I was experiencing.

Find a teacher that serves your needs, whatever it may be. It could be inversions, it could be Ashtanga, or it could be a gentle hatha class.

Whatever you need, there’s a teacher for you 🤍🧘🏼‍♀️✨

Just commit to switching off from the outside world and all the craziness around us right now, we owe it to ourselves to seek this refuge 🤍
